Introduction

I would like to be able to help with your problems or services requested. If I can do it professionally, I will. If I can not, I would kindly tell you I am not the best for the job requested. I specialize in a few select categories but with 25 years as a tradesman I’ve experienced a broad range of services. If you need opinions or anything else, I will gladly share my knowledge.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I do pretty much go by standard pricing but sometimes a smaller job can be higher on price than a larger one. It’s mostly about how easy / complex the installation. Not the size.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I usually would need to know the reason they want x service. What problem they’re having mostly. Then basically see if we’re on the same track to the solution.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
20 years experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
At 15 years old I was offered a summer job digging trenches for a local sprinkler company. Once the boss trained me on connecting the pipes and adjusting the sprinklers it started to be fun. It's still just as fun now today.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with first time home owners, seniors, even worked with a few who served the us president on a daily basis. I’d say I’ve worked with easy going and tough ones too. All have same thing in common, a problem needing a solution.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Here is a good one. It was a small job and I squeezed it in on a Sunday because it was already rescheduled once. It was just me ( haven’t installed a full system alone in many years) Small job 3 zones start to finish 9am-3pm, just me. Surprised myself

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Never resist asking questions no matter how simple the answer may be. Never assume, always ask.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I think that today it’s very easy to do a quick few minutes on google about the project they are getting quotes for. And after that, there should be many questions in mind that you can be ready to ask the contractors.
