Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is very straightforward for most residential jobs. Typically the only charges are time and materials.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Expert Irrigation and its amazing team have a combined 35 years of experience in this industry! If there’s one person thats unsure about something, there’s always another who’s knowledgeable.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with all kinds of customers. On a regular basis we get everything from a stay at home mom all the way to hedge fund executives and project managers. No job too big or too small!!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently there was a broken 4” main line running underneath the gated entrance to a neighborhood in parkland. While it took us a long time, eventually the problem was solved and restored to perfect working order. The job entailed cutting concrete, digging 6 feet under ground, all while making sure cars can come in and out. All in all the job took about 2 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Sometimes the people who offer the cheapest prices dont always give you the best work. Quality over quantity!!!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
One of the things that consistently comes up is homeowners that are looking for the cheapest company they can find. While Expert Irrigation isn’t the cheapest, we sure back our pricing with high quality work and never settling for anything less. Often times there is a company that can do it for cheaper. But are they insured? Do they have the means of doing the job at hand? Do they have credentials to back what they’re saying? How do they handle the business aspect of the proposal?
