Watered Down Sprinkler Repair offers many sprinkler repair services. * Install, repair and/or replace faulty sprinkler timers, rain sensors, sprinkler heads, valves, pipes and wires. * General sprinkler system checkups and consultation regarding existing sprinkler system's operation, suggest repairs, adjustments, and alterations needed. E.g. elevation of heads below turf ground level not providing complete coverage, movement of heads blocked by shrub growth over time, addition of heads in difficult coverage areas. Our concentration is sprinkler and irrigation system consultation, diagnosis and repairs. We no longer provide complete system installation. Our mission is to do excellent sprinkler work and treat your property as if it were our own. Sprinkler repairs get done right the first time. The bottom line is we offer prompt, great service with attention to detail.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our fees are based by the hour (1 hour minimum) beginning when we arrive. Parts (controllers, pipe, valves, heads, etc.) are additional. Rough estimates can be provided upon request.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always speak with prospective customers on the phone to review the work needed. Often times no one is home so we want to understand the work required in detail. Should there be major issues found that were not discussed, the customer will be contacted by phone while at the job.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our customer base is mainly repeat customers. We provide excellent work and we are requested to service our customers again and again. Thumbtack provides us new customers that can take advantage of our services as well. Thumbtack customers then become repeat customers as well because of our excellent irrigation services we provided.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently we revived a complete irrigation system at a residence that sat vacant for three years. The controller was reprogrammed, all 8 valves we dismantled and flushed clean, and all broken pipes were repaired. Once the system was functional we could see broken or missing heads and adjust others to provide proper coverage. Every time we fixed or replaced a head water would then sprout from another location because of the additional pressure. We were able to find and fix all the missing, broken and buried heads this way. This from dormant/unusable to fully functioning revival to almost two full days and was very satisfying to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The proof is in the pudding!! Experience and knowledge counts! Choose someone with experience and longevity on Thumbtack. It is NOT difficult for anyone to get listed on Thumbtack. It IS difficult to remain on Thumbtack and maintain an excellent reputation. We have the proof of longevity and an excellent reputation. We are not fly-by-night. Do not hire an iffy company in this industry. You'll pay more to repair someone's shoddy work down the road.
