What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is the best price. The results is what really matters. We have a $100 min service fee. That means that you book us and we come out and do repairs up to $100.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Welcome all of our new customers. Share funny moments. Compliment on how nice the homes/yard. We Offer the best results.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have training done before going out in the field from experienced technicians that been in the industry for many years to come out and help the team to become the best irrigation technicians out there and everywhere we go.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started helping a uncle out in the field repairing/installing sprinkler systems

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with many great customers all over the central fl and It’s amazing how customers will work with you on projects as well. We love our customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are fond of a big 20 irrigation zone system installation that took our team an entire week to get the project completed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

1-After the job is done, make sure to go over the work afterwards to customers and that everything is done right before leaving property. 2-make sure the reviews are good. 3-parts installed/used are from a real irrigation supplier company

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask about the prices. Ask about how long a project could take up to. Ask how promptly can the company come out for an inspection on the irrigation system.
