What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process for new customers is first getting them in my schedule as soon as possible. Then, I do a evaluation to determine any and all issues on their irrigation systems to see what needs to be done so it can be running smoothly again.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 9 years of experience in both commercial and residential irrigation systems.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It all started when my brother introduced me to irrigation work as he was in the irrigation buisness himself. As soon as I was able to work with him,I did.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with many people from different backgrounds.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent job I did that I enjoyed doing was installing a new pump. The customer showed me his backyard where you can see how the irrigation system is doing its job nicely. His backyard was full of fruit trees and veggies. It was beautiful.
