We price our services based on materials and labor, we are local Floridians, we have a realistic view on prices, we are here to make you happy and do quality work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we will have a discovery call and see if we have synergy, next we will do a site visit and get a concept designed and a quote. We charge half up front and set milestones for the scope of work agreed upon in writing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of it. Nick's Electrical, Diagnostic, and problem solving skills have had his entire life full of a diverse training. over a decade under a GC. His specialty is Carpentry, Nick loves creating unique outdoor Sanctuary spots. Fireplaces, Siding, Meditation Gardens, and Yoga areas.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Michelle has been designing and developing Real Estate projects since 1995, studying permaculture, green development, and managing Construction projects for over a decade. Nick and Michelle have a love for creating beautiful spaces, turning a house into your own unique home.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our Customers are unique and they want their vision to come to reality. We will work any design presented and we have Victoriously perservered through large projects that could be considered a miracle.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Rooftop deck 14 days, 9 days on site. The customer was happy and project was up to spec and beautiful.

Can I afford it? We are not a pipe dream yeah yeah yeah. We will get the project done, serious inquiries only.
