What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our fee's and pricing are flat fee pricing that is clearly defined for scope of project. There are never any hidden add-ons or additional fee's.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is to listen, and work hard to understand customer ideas. Develop a plan that combines best practices that sync with customers needs and wants.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yearly continuing education courses to stay current with licensing for turf care and irrigation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Decided that assembly work at a factory was not something I found enjoyable. I had some experience with outdoor services and decided to work hard to become great at what I could do.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our team worked at a project along the mississippi river to clean driftwood from a customers lawn. Accomplished completing a lawn sprinkler system that pumped water from a lake to water turf, flowerbeds, landscape areas, and pot. The project was ongoing for 48 months

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for the process of how the project will be completed. Is the scope of work clearly defined and written down. Licensing (if applicable) Insurance (is it up to date)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Outdoor service work such as garden maintenance, turf care, and lawn irrigation if done correctly is not cheap. The professional that you hire, will they help solve your problems or add to them?
