What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I’m upfront about my pricing. I won’t perform any work that isn’t approved by the customer. I will always give recommendations about services needed but I will never push a customer to purchase something they don’t need.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically like to introduce myself through a phone call and listen to the customers needs. From there we can schedule a time for me to meet with the homeowner and perform the necessary work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am ASSE certified to perform Backflow Tests in Missouri and Kansas

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love lawn care and sprinkler system maintenance was a logical next step in that field.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with every customer on the spectrum. I’ve learned that no matter the type of person they are every customer just wants to know that you hear their needs and are able to meet those needs.
