Introduction

Sprinkly started because our other business (lawn care services) saw a great need for better customer service in the Sprinkly repair industry in Oklahoma. Our lawn care business is highly rated for customer service, so our customers were frustrated that the couldn't find a sprinkler company with the same level of service. Being that we actually have a background in irrigation system design and troubleshooting, and over 20 years experience, we decided to open a Sprinkler service company. Finally homeowners have a solid choice for great service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are running a promotional service call of $50 off of the normal $125. For only $75 we will come out and do a system check of up to 10 zones. ($10 per zone over 10 zones.) Or, use this discount system check to get us out to your house for a repair for cheaper too! :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will learn about your problem, take a look, develop a long-lasting solution for you. You'll approve the quote or let us know if you have questions. Then we can get to work for you!

I (the owner) started my career in lawn, landscape, and sprinkler work out of high school. We now own several highly trusted (just check out our reviews online) businesses such as Willis Lawn Services. We started Sprinkly to fill a gap in the market of high quality customer service.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Converted a dilapidated system with over 30 zones to a new wireless zone technology for a large commercial customer. This took 3 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find out if they are consistently working on commercial jobs. If they are able to work for commercial contractors, you can know that they will be reliable. But also make sure they have a good residential base because this will ensure they have good customer service while interacting with homeowners.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Oftentimes people book repairs when there is an immediate issue. Consider other times of year when you're dealing with your sprinkler system. For example, Are you happy with your controller when you're setting it? Does your controller connect to your phone? Does your system shut off when it's raining out? Are there other basic maintenance items you'd like checked? These are things that can save time and money.
