Introduction

I believe that our communication skills and customer service are what set us apart from other firms. You can hire anyone to do the job and most businesses can perform the desired scope of work but how well do they communicate? Or meet deadlines? We don't try and offer unrealistic expectations just to get the work, instead we try and give our customers realistic expectations of work to be performed and the time that it could take to complete. We approach every opportunity to serve our customer as we would want to be taken care of if we were having work done at our own homes. There many things that I enjoy but probably the most satisfying is being able to bring someone's plans or dreams to life and leaving them with something that can be used and enjoyed for many years to come.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Upon our initial meeting, I try to understand what is the ultimate goal that our customer has for their project. Once that is understood I try to tailor a scope of work that meets their budget and timeline.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelor's degree in Business administration but took several horticulture and landscaping classes while in college.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Honestly, when I was in high school I needed to make extra money and because I was an athlete, there weren't a lot of options so I started a lawn service because it was flexible. 19 years later here we are, doing something that was supposed to be temporary but turned out to be a lifetime passion.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with residential, commercial and government customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I really enjoyed enhancing my attorney's back yard recently. They had a new pool installed and had us add some new planting beds that provided some privacy and lots of color and texture. The most rewarding part was that they were thrilled with the outcome! The project took about 2 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My biggest piece of advice is ask questions about the process of the work to be performed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

how much do you want to spend? what kind of time table are you looking to do the work in? What are your expectations for your project?
