What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Making a call or message to our office will provide all the answers to your questions as well on the field with the technicians. As well you can check some of our work in the projects section.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Irrigator License, Technician License, Landscape Irrigation Management, Hydraulics and Pumping, Irrigation Safety, Water Conservation, Micro-Irrigation, Backflow Prevention, Cross-Connection Control and Irrigation Maintenace, Troubleshooting and Repair. How did you get started doing this type of work?

My name is Daniel Gomez, and I started working on Irrigation since I was 16, in a company doing mostly commercial sprinkler repairs here in the Houston area, I'm 27 now and with more than 10 yrs of experience on the field and many courses, I decided to open Sprinkler Repair LLC, it meant so much for me and I will make sure every customer is 100% happy with our services.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We love every customer, and we love providing all the knowledge to anybody that has a question for their sprinklers system or need any tips for a greener lawn.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We do Sprinkler Repairs daily, and we love our job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they know what there actually are doing, for example, water misting it's not the best match precipitation also it's not doing its job doing the inches of water in the soil that it needs and you're wasting more water yearly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always ask all the questions that come to your head so they can provide as much as information that you will need for your next project.
