What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The more square footage or the more rendered camera angles you request the lower will be the total price for the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I need to receive a project's brief describing the scope of work. Based on that info, I create a Rendering proposal that includes the quote, timeframe, and other details.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

19 years of Architectural design, 3D modeling, and 3D rendering.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have a Bachelor's degree in Architectural design.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Architects, Interior designers, developers, General Contractors, and homeowners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have a classic style project in my Thumbtack's portfolio, where I had the pleasure to design the Interior of a Guest house using classic molding elements from the provided manufacturer's catalog. Also, I developed multiple floorplan layouts based on the provided furniture specs. The client was very happy to have a chance to explore the options before the house was even built. It was a complex project that required a lot of 3D modeling and details. I love challenges and am very happy when everything turns out great!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take your time and create a Brief that describes the scope of work. It helps both the client and the professional you want to hire to see what the project is all about.
