Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our base fee for a 3D rendering project is $550. This is a fixed price that typically includes multiple views of a single space, such as different angles of a living room, kitchen, or bedroom. Pricing may vary depending on the number of spaces, level of detail, and project complexity. We’ll provide a custom quote after reviewing your design files and requirements.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Customers send their requirements with drawings or sketches with measurements, plus references for materials and textures. After the material is received, I start creating the 3D modeling. The 3D modeling includes 2 revisions. After 3D modeling is approved, I create 3D realistic renderings out of it. The images are delivered to the customers and after 2 revisions I send the final version of the renderings.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Architecture.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I've been working on the design of spaces, and the 3D visualization of products since 2013.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Interior Designers, Contractors, Architects, and Real estate agents.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
My customer needs to visualize a kitchen that will be built before starting any construction, so he sends me, plans and sketches with a description of his new kitchen. Out of these sketches and drawings I create 3D modeling of the space and also 3D realistic renderings. That way he can show his contractor how the kitchen should look after construction is over. My service helps my clients to visualize in 3D his projects, before any construction or production.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Get everything clear before starting, cad files, sketch, and references of design and furniture. Please be aware that I don't do stamped plans/drawings for city permits.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
If I'm looking for stamped drawings, this is not the professional that I need. Do I have drawings of the area that needs to be modeled? How many renderings I'm I looking for? What's my budget?
