We are a new company but have been doing remodeling at all levels since 2020. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured and we ONLY used licensed crews. We can handle anything from a bathroom remodel to a whole home remodel including landscaping, casita, or even a full scrape and rebuild! We love helping clients build their vision! Our pricing is transparent and customized to your specific project scope. We typically work on cost-plus and fixed-fee models, depending on the job. We don’t charge hidden fees and will always communicate clearly about budget expectations. Discounts may be available for multi-phase or repeat projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a free consultation to understand your vision, timeline, and budget. From there, we provide a detailed estimate and scope of work. Once the project begins, we provide regular updates, site visits, and remain accessible every step of the way to ensure you're informed and satisfied.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team brings years of hands on experience in construction management and residential remodeling.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started with real estate investing, then began remodeling with partners and eventually growing into full remodels on my own and then full scrape and new construction. My passion for design, quality and working closely with clients to bring their vision to life led to the creation of Blox Builders.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We primarily work with clients who are looking for kitchen and bathroom remodels. Our clients value quality, communication, and premium customer service. We’ve also worked with real estate investors, designers, and architects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One recent favorite was a full kitchen and master bath remodel in Phoenix. We upgraded the space with high-end materials, premium quartz, and custom cabinetry. The project took about 3 weeks from demo to final walkthrough and transformed the home both functionally and aesthetically.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone who communicates clearly, provides a written scope of work, and doesn’t shy away from your questions. Look at past project photos, verify their licensing and insurance, and check recent reviews. A strong relationship is just as important as strong workmanship.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What’s my ideal budget and timeline? What are my must-haves versus nice-to-haves? Will I need permits or design help? How involved do I want to be during the project? Having clarity on these points helps us provide better guidance and more accurate estimates.
