Each scope of work is different. A bid will need to be written up to come up with a price based off work needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our owner Kevin Cogley will personally reach out to the customer once we get contact from the customers end. From there Kevin(owner)/customer can talk over the phone about details and scope of work

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

General Contractors license and over 20 years of hands on experience

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a beautiful full scale remodel on a home including a 600sq ft bathroom remodel/addition, the bathroom remodel included a luxury hot tub style bath tub, gorgeous walk in shower, his & hers vanities and a big walk-in closet. It took approximately 9 months to complete the entire home remodel.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

*Have clear goals. Know what you want done (e.g. remodel, addition, new build). *Have a rough budget and timeline. You don’t need exact numbers, but a range helps guide discussions. *Verify license *Are they responsive, clear, and professional? *Do they ask good questions about your project?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You should have an estimated budget for your project, Ex. Customer has $40,000 for a full bathroom remodel. As well as an idea of what you would like done, Ex. new cabinets, room expansion, new countertops, etc.
