Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our prices tend to be competitive. Everyone has their own method of pricing their services and we have our own.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our process with working with a new customer is the same as working with a regular customer. Punctual, professional, respectful, thorough. We have to make sure the customer is taken cared of regardless if it's a new customer or an existing one.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have college education, General Contractor's license, many years of experience, and above all, common sense.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started hanging drywall with my dad when I was in middle school in the weekends and during summer. I know what work is. I know what it takes to get the job done.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
The types of clients I have worked with varies greatly. Teachers, doctors, lawyers, preachers, stay home moms, etc, etc, etc. They all want what we all want, a great experience.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I can't pick and choose certain projects. They are all equally as important to me.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
1- Get a feel for who the person is. 2- Common sense will take you a long way. 3- A person's work is a reflexion of themselves.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
More than questions, I would say have a conversation with them. The customer is usually not an expert at what the "professional" does. that's why they are looking to hire. Just talk to them and let the level of professionalism come out of them.
