What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I provide free estimates, discounts also depending the project but will always try to save the client much as money.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I would like to see the project before anything. To get a sense of how the client wants it done, and during the process if we can try to save as much money as possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In total 10 years of experience, 2 in concrete, 3 in framing, 4 in tile and 1 in roofing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father would take me to help on all kinds of projects. From there I started learning all trades.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Investors, builders, banks, and everyday people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Building a barndo out in near Globe, it took about 7 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get someone who is familiar with all ordinances, building codes and special permits because that is the hardest battle of them all. Not the work just the battle that lies with county,city or state.

Permits and if there HOA allows it
