What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

well nothing changes with me my main goal is for my customers to be happy with the work I do for them, I take pride in my work and love what I do. it's about building a trust worthy relationship with them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated, and also completed a 4 year apprenticeship for local #12 union floor covering. I install all kinds of flooring

How did you get started doing this type of work?

my uncle worked at a union flooring company and let me do the foot work to get hired 20 years ago!!

What types of customers have you worked with?

all kinds!! and all of them were so happy with the out come of the jobs I did for them.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

this last tile job i did because of how big the tiles were 60inch ×12inch and a lot of custom cuts came out beautiful

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

it is always better to hire workers that will not cut corners and do the job the right way
