Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials, and level of detail required. We provide detailed estimates so there are no surprises. We don’t give you surprise Change Orders at the end of the job. While we don’t compete to be the cheapest, we focus on delivering long-lasting quality at a fair rate.

We start with a quick phone consultation to learn about your project and goals. Then we schedule a site visit to walk the job, take measurements, and answer questions. After that, we provide a clear written estimate. Once approved, we schedule your job, finalize materials, and communicate throughout the project to keep things running smoothly.

I’ve worked in construction for over a decade, learning everything from framing to finish work hands-on. I also stay updated on current codes, product training, and installation certifications to ensure our work meets both local requirements and industry best practices.

I started in the trades working alongside family and fell in love with the process of taking something old or unfinished and turning it into something beautiful and functional. That passion grew into launching Palacios Construction so we could bring our craftsmanship to more homes in the community.

We’ve worked with homeowners, designers, realtors, property managers, and investors. Some are hands-on, others prefer us to handle it all. Whether you're doing a small remodel or a full home transformation, we’re comfortable adjusting to your needs.

One project that stood out was a kitchen update that included electrical upgrades, hood installation, plumbing, and new flooring. Although it was a smaller job for our team, the client was blown away by our communication and how quickly we moved without cutting corners. We kept everything clean, stayed on schedule, and made sure every detail (from lighting to baseboards) was dialed in. They appreciated how easy we made the process and mentioned they’d never worked with a contractor who was that responsive and efficient. The job took just under 2 weeks and ended with a very happy client who’s already referred us out.

Look for someone who’s not only licensed and insured but communicates clearly and takes pride in their work. Cheap work often costs more in the long run. Ask for references, check photos of past projects, and make sure you feel confident in the team you’re hiring.
