Our pricing is transparent and tailored to each project. We provide detailed estimates upfront with no hidden fees. Every quote includes labor, materials, permits, and timelines. While we don’t offer blanket discounts, we focus on delivering long-term value and helping clients stay within budget without sacrificing quality.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a free phone consultation to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. Then, we schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the project and provide a detailed quote. Once approved, we handle everything from planning and permits to construction and final walkthrough. You’ll have one point of contact throughout the entire project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team has over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, and ADU builds in the Los Angeles area. We’re licensed by the CSLB, stay current on code updates, and work only with trusted subcontractors who meet California compliance standards. We also stay up-to-date on zoning laws, permit regulations, and energy requirements in LA County.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started out managing small remodels and handyman projects over 15 years ago, gradually building a trusted network of subcontractors and completing larger projects. After years of hands-on work, we launched Pacific Proworks Inc. to offer a higher standard of project management, transparency, and results in the construction space.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with homeowners, real estate investors, landlords, and small business owners throughout Los Angeles. Whether it’s a first-time remodel or a full multi-unit renovation, we tailor our approach to fit each client’s goals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a detached garage-to-ADU conversion in Sherman Oaks. It included full utilities, custom kitchen, HVAC, and high-end finishes — all done within 10 weeks, fully permitted and ready for rental. The client was thrilled, and the unit now generates steady income.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t just compare prices — compare transparency, licensing, communication, and how much they care about your project. Always verify that your contractor is licensed and insured, ask how they handle permits, and make sure they’re not outsourcing everything without oversight.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What’s your realistic budget and deadline? Are permits required for your project? Do you want design help or just execution? How involved do you want to be in the process? What’s most important to you: speed, budget, or craftsmanship?
