What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I will be fair as much as possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to start by understanding exactly what the client wants to achieve. From there, I walk them through different scenarios and offer options or better solutions when possible. My goal is also to ease their mind and make them feel comfortable throughout the process—these projects can be stressful, and I do my best to take some of that weight off their shoulders.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

15 years of experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in construction many years ago, working for a general contractor where I learned a variety of trades. That’s where I discovered my passion for building and creating spaces that people love.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Bathroom remodel came out great. Took 4 - 6 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are a lot of good companies out there, but I always recommend choosing someone with solid references. Just as important, go with the person who makes you feel comfortable. I’ve always believed you can get a good sense of someone from the first impression.
