We offer competitive pricing with high quality workmanship.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to see the project in person, generating an estimate, talk thru the estimate or quote with the customer to make sure everything is agreeable. Select a start date, communicate daily on status of the project all the way through completion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed And insured General contractor in the Denver metro area. We are also licensed in almost every city and County in the metro area. We can build upto duplexes with our license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started by helping my dad finish our own basements as a kid and then I have done extensive work on my own homes as an adult prior to starting the company. I have a corporate business background of over 30 years prior to venturing out on our own, and we love what we do now. I get to enjoy my time working and playing with the family.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of residential remodeling. Our scope is generally mid to scale projects. Structural or non structural we can handle ALL of your remodedeling needs, Interior and exterior.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We finished a 1500 squrea foor basement for the Fingers that was a tribute to their late son "Bubba". It turned out fantastic and I hope they enjoy the space and have fond memories of him everytime they use the space.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your Contractor is licensed and Insured. Don't take theor word for it. Research the company, (ie.. reviews). Call your local municipality and verify the contractors license and insurance. Verify the business with the Colorado Secratary of State that the business is in "Good Standing". And most of all, don't make a hiring decision j over pricing alone.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What do I need done? What would I like the apace to Look like? Research my budget for the project? Do I have a backup plan in the event my project cannot be done the way I like it. Look at our website and facebook page as well as Pinterest for suggestions and ideas and pictures.
