My name is Alejandro owner of Turtleback Exteriors LLC, we are new, I started my own company not for competition but to be able to deliver honesty and quality work each and every time, cutting corners is really not our style. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My price covers all that is included in the service, works like a flat rate once SQ footage is measure. it all depends on what where is damage located as well some patches may high rise in a house or building.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

if they request a quote, I give a visit to there address to do FREE Inspection for any internal damages and take measurements to assure a good price that fits the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

high school and some college,14 years of experience in the stucco field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

all started after high school we move to Utah and was looking for a job found company doing Stucco work and ask for a job right there and then I started my Stucco career we also did other jobs like painting, finished carpentry, drywall, caulking glazing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

all types of customers lol some cool and some that are really hard to satisfy but at the end everything with care, knowledge, experience and passion made the experience for the customer pleasant.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Huge Mansion in Cherry Creek, Denver we rapaired a lot hail damage the was on the pillar and back fence walls, lots of patching around the house took us around a week to complete

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

look for someone who is honest and get at least 3 quotes from different service providers and go from there.

how much would it cost? how much time will it take? does the service have any guarantees?
