What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our Prices are good for one full year. This protects our client's from price increases. When we arrive we will also apply the largest promotion that we can to the job to make it more affordable. We also offer monthly budget programs that range from $105 per month and can reach upwards of $300 per month depending on the scope of the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. We schedule an estimate 2. Our design consultant arrives on time 3. We assess our client's needs 4. Design a bath to their specifications 5. We present them with a fair price for the work 6. We do paperwork and schedule the install date(as little as 2.5 weeks from sign date, but can reach 8 weeks depending on the project 7. We reach out aproximately 4 days before install when materials arrives and confirm install date. 8. We arrive for install, prep and protect the home 9. We typically complete install within 1.5~ days on average

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our Install team is factory trained and certified and have mastered the use of our high tech polymer bath/shower system for install. All are licensed and insured.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We were shown the way by our manufacturer and have been in the industry for 50 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Working People who don't want a bath remodel to take 2 weeks.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a job in Waterbury, we ended up doing things that were a bit out of the scope of work that we normally do(gutted a bunch of walls, made way for a double bowl vanity, among other things) but we managed to complete the job and it came out beautiful, our client had a painter make the walls a beautiful green and it contrasted with the black and white walls that we put in the shower area. We did black fixtures for the entire bathroom and it took around 4 days start to finish/

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Experience is key. When it comes to bathrooms, its not about asking whether or not something will be strange.. Its about asking how many times your contractor has encountered and solved strange problems.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How much do I want to spend? How much time do I want to spend cleaning my new bath? How Long will it take to complete(especially if there is only one shower)
