Our pricing is transparent and detailed in the estimate we provide. We offer competitive rates for labor and materials, but custom materials are not included in the base estimate. We also have a standard rate for painting and trim work, as well as structured payment milestones to ensure the client feels comfortable with the financial progression of the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I begin with a consultation to understand the client’s vision, budget, and timeline. Next, I provide a detailed estimate with itemized costs, followed by a clear scope of work. Once the project begins, we conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to ensure the client is informed and satisfied every step of the way

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I hold a Master of Science in Construction Management from Columbia University. This formal education, combined with years of hands-on experience in residential renovation, has equipped me with the technical skills and project management expertise needed to handle complex remodeling projects efficiently and effectively. I’ve also completed various certifications related to construction safety, permitting, and compliance, ensuring all work meets the highest standards.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in this industry over seven years ago, driven by a passion for transforming spaces and improving homes. With experience in corporate project management, I saw the opportunity to bring that expertise into residential construction. I founded Superb Home Remodeling to offer homeowners high-quality renovation services, ensuring every project is handled with professionalism and care.

We have worked with a wide range of customers, from homeowners looking to remodel specific areas like kitchens, bathrooms, or basements, to clients seeking full-scale renovations of single-family homes and multi-unit properties. Our clients include individuals who are upgrading their primary residences, real estate investors enhancing rental properties, and those preparing homes for sale. We specialize in high-value projects, typically starting at $20,000 and above, ensuring that we deliver top-notch quality and craftsmanship tailored to each client’s needs and vision.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our favorite projects was a 3-story single-family home renovation, including a garage conversion to a family room. It was a comprehensive project covering demo, rough and finish construction, masonry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work. The entire project took about 6 months to complete. The client was thrilled with the transformation, and it showcased our team’s ability to handle complex renovations with precision.
