What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Every project starts with a discovery call to understand your goals. From there, we schedule a walkthrough, offer recommendations, and provide a detailed scope and plan before any work begins.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We’re Florida Certified General Contractors (CGC) and OSHA 30-hour certified. Our team stays current on code updates, permitting requirements, and the best practices for high-performance builds.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started learning the trade young—from my father and other mentors—long before earning my license or running a business. Construction has always been part of my life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with homeowners, investors, realtors, HOAs, architects, and commercial clients—each with different priorities, but the same need for trust and clear communication.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

This year, we completed three full renovations for investors, two full-scale home remodels, and several insurance-related projects. After the design phase, timelines ranged from 4 to 12 weeks depending on scope and client needs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
