What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All our estimates are free, If it's usually a cosmetic damage or tiny job we really can't get to them as our prices start at $350 to be able to cover for labor , materials and transportation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We make the first contact, ask for details and pictures to have a better idea of what's needed to get the job done, if a visit it's needed then we set up an appointment to go see the job in person.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

On the job training, artistic family, self thought and several training classes, wallpaper, venetian plaster, faux finishes, etc...

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Artistic background, passion and love for plastic arts and workmanship.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work for bank owned properties, private investors, commercial properties and home owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We do a lot of stucco, painting, drywall repairs, textures and other handyman services, one of our last jobs was a full stucco application it usually takes the fist day to prep and pressure wash the unit , a full day with a full crew to stucco and then about 3 days to prime and apply finish products on a job like this one.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you read the estimate in detail and compare apples to apples, as an example after our stucco applications we offer waterproofer primer to seal the surfaces before applying the finish products I know for a fact there are very few companies who offer these products it may be a bit more but it gives us and the customer a peace of mind knowing their property it's prepped to withstand the Florida weather and be sure their job will last a long time by applying the right products.
