Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is always transparent and fair. We offer competitive rates based on the scope and complexity of each project, and we always include labor and materials in your quote unless discussed otherwise. We do offer discounts on larger jobs or when multiple services are bundled.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We start by listening. Once we understand your goals, we schedule a visit (or review photos/videos if remote) to assess the scope. Then we provide a detailed estimate and walk you through the steps so you know exactly what to expect, from start to finish.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I’m a mechanical engineer with a master’s degree in project management. But beyond that, I’ve built this business through hands-on experience, creativity, and commitment to excellence. I’m also constantly learning to stay ahead and keep improving.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
It all began with a challenge life put in front of us, what we thought was a setback turned into a calling. Remodeling became more than a job; it became our way to build something meaningful for others while growing together as a family.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We've worked with homeowners, landlords, flippers, investors, and even first-time buyers. From small repairs to full renovations, we treat every client with the same level of attention and dedication — no matter the size of the project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We’re proud of every project we complete. Each one is like laying another brick on our legacy. A recent example was a full kitchen and bath remodel for a young family, it took 3 weeks and completely changed how they feel in their home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Hire someone who listens first, then builds. The right contractor should bring clarity, honesty, and creativity, not just a quote. Look for someone who treats your home like it matters... because it does.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Think about your real goals: Is it comfort? Resale value? Style? Budget? Also, decide how involved you want to be in decisions like materials and finishes. And most importantly, choose someone you feel comfortable communicating with. That makes all the difference.
