Introduction

We’re a family-run construction company based right here in Orlando, and for the past 7 years, we’ve been focused on one thing—delivering solid, honest work that our clients can count on. I take a lot of pride in what we do, whether it’s carpentry, painting, sliding door repairs, or garage door fixes. Every job, big or small, gets our full attention. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t walk away until you’re happy with the results. That’s just how I was raised—to work hard, treat people right, and stand behind what you build. At Build X Orlando, we’re not here to just get the job done—we’re here to earn your trust and become the team you call every time you need something done right. ***Kindly note: We appreciate your interest in our services! As a small business, we incur a cost for every inquiry received through this platform. To ensure the best use of our time and resources, we kindly ask that only those seriously considering a project and prepared to schedule an on-site estimate reach out. Thank you for your understanding!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I believe in fair, honest pricing. I always do my best to give an accurate estimate based on the work needed—no hidden fees or surprises. Every job is different, so I take the time to understand what you’re looking for and price it accordingly. I also offer discounts for repeat clients and multiple services bundled together. At the end of the day, I want you to feel like you got great quality at a fair price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to start by listening. I’ll ask a few questions to understand your project, then if needed, schedule a visit to take a closer look. Once I see the space and get a clear picture of what you need, I’ll provide an honest estimate and timeline. If everything looks good to you, we schedule the job and I make sure to keep you in the loop every step of the way. Communication and quality are both really important to me.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Most of my training came from hands-on experience—years of working in the field, learning directly from skilled tradesmen, and constantly improving my skills. Over the past 7 years, I’ve worked on hundreds of projects in carpentry, painting, sliding doors, and garage doors. Every job has taught me something, and I continue to learn so I can give my clients the best work possible.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and solving problems. I started out helping family and friends with small repair jobs and realized how much I loved the work and the satisfaction that came with it. Eventually, I decided to turn that passion into a business—and that’s how Build X Orlando was born. It’s been a journey, and I’m proud of how far we’ve come.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with all types of customers—homeowners, landlords, real estate agents, and small businesses. Some people need a quick door repair, others are doing full updates or renovations. No matter who I’m working with, I treat every project with the same level of care and respect. I know how important your home or property is to you, and I don’t take that lightly.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One recent job I really enjoyed was building out custom wood shelving and repairing a large sliding door for a family that had just moved into their home. It was a two-day job, but the difference it made in their space was huge. They were so happy with the results, and seeing their reaction reminded me why I love what I do. Projects like that make the long days worth it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you’re hiring someone who’s not just skilled, but also takes pride in their work. Ask questions, check their reviews, and trust your gut. Good communication matters just as much as the quality of the work. And don’t be afraid to talk through your ideas—sometimes a small detail can make a big difference in the outcome.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Think about what’s most important to you—whether it’s the timeline, your budget, or the style or materials you want to use. Also, be clear on what areas need to be fixed or improved. Having that clarity helps both of us get on the same page quicker and ensures you get exactly what you’re looking for.
