I am new to this app, but have years of experience in the industry as a CNC machine shop operator, welder, fabricator, consultant , and designer with a wealth of knowledge in both residential and commercial construction . I am located in Orlando with over 20 years experience in metal fabrication, and 40 years experience in construction . I have the ability to take on almost any type of job. I designed and built the liquor displays in all of the Orlando Azteka Dior restaurants. I always carry a fairly light workload so my turnaround time is pretty rapid. I have extensive knowledge of almost every construction process from plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, designed and layout, and turnkey construction projects. I am also a very good solution provider, who can quickly come up with ideas and solutions for otherwise difficult and complicated situations. If a customer is looking for an established professional name, with years of experience, who will understand exactly what they want done, who can suggest ways to cut cost or alternate solutions that will work better, then hiring me to work with them is the most beneficial thing they could do . What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Customer should understand that you get what you pay for. If the cost of the surface seems very low compared to other estimates there’s probably a good reason for that either the professional doesn’t understand the extent of the project or their inexperienced and don’t really understand what they’re doing. A true professional will always be fair with their pricing, but they are there to make money so the customer should expect that the professional is expecting to be profitable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer, it’s important for me to establish credibility, to make sure that they can trust working with me and my company. The next thing is to fully understand what it is that they’re trying to accomplish, and make sure that I provide the service that they expected. If necessary, educate them about the service that they’re seeking, and if necessary, provide alternative solutions that could save the money and time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a background in mechanical engineering, construction, commercial and residential. Both, I have a vast knowledge of every aspect of fabrication and construction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started a small fabrication business in Vero Beach, Florida in 2007. I have slowly grown the business and now I’m located in Orlando with a 5000 square-foot warehouse with CNC machining, welding, painting, and Powder Coating, with the ability to build or fabricate almost anything

What types of customers have you worked with?

Over the years I’ve worked with residential and commercial customers I’ve worked with government agencies, fortune, 500 companies, technology companies, and just about every type of entity that exist. I feel that I have good public relation skills, that I am professional, a deal well with Any type of customer. One thing that my experience has taught me is the importance of understanding the customer and delivering exactly what they expect at a price that’s fair.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most recent project was to make some custom copper parts for electrical circuits. I cut these parts on my CNC laser. It took four hours to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I’m looking to hire a professional you wanna make sure that they are knowledgeable, reputable, and responsive. You should make sure they know and understand exactly what you want done, that they’ve experienced that type of work before, they’re willing to give you advice if they feel that your idea could cause problems. Most important of all you want them to be honest and true to their word.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Before hiring a professional, a customer should feel comfortable working with the individual. They must feel that the individual who they’re speaking with understands exactly what they need done, and that that professional is competent and familiar with the service that they will be providing. If a customer has any doubts, they should ask questions to make sure that the professional is well capable and fully understands their objectives. If the customer isn’t completely satisfied with the profile on this app, they should ask the professional for additional references, especially on jobs where safety and longevity are important.
