What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There is nothing complicated with our pricing system. It's simply if you wish to partner with us as a General Contractor, Project Manager or Service Consultant.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For new construction we begin with our Dream Home Planning Guide. For remodeling and commercial build-outs its best to meet with the customer to better understand the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a member of the SSBOA, which is a board of officials in the building community. I have completed formal education in Home Construction with the HBA of Greater Chicago. We have received multiple design awards and achievements.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I built my own home. The very first home I built was my own. Back in 1987 in Lemont, IL.

What types of customers have you worked with?

New home construction, remodeling and additions. We also provide residential construction and client build-outs. We do site evaluation and analysis as well as bank approved construction lending.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We drained a pond to pour footings and worked with the Army Corps of Engineers to develop a home in Homer Glen, IL. The home was featured on the cover of Architect / Home Builder magazine. One of our clients also put the first residential turbine for self directed electricity in Illinois. This was also noted in the Chicago Tribune.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework and hire a professional who has many years experience. I our case, greater than 35 years. Licensed, bonded and insured. Your investment should not be driven by cost, it should be driven by value.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Give attention to the design ideas they are looking to achieve. If they need help with this, that is one of our strongest measures. Also to give thought to a budget. There are options to traditional means of building or remodeling a home. Don't settle for less.
