Bath Consultants provides written fixed fair all inclusive estimates. These prices are fair and competitive in today's marketplace.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Bath Consultants staff would have a brief phone conversation that involves the customer's ideas for there project. Then we would travel to their home and conduct an onsite consultation. During this time we would provide solutions, measure the project and provide the customer with a cost effective solution.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bath Consultants has over 20 years of combined experience in project management planning, building and remodeling for bathrooms.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our broad based product offering and pricing structures allow us to work with customers that have varying budgets and project needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, Bath Consultants provided an older gentleman with a tub to shower conversion. The gentleman was having difficulty bathing himself because of the lack of accessibility his tub provided to him. We provided the gentleman with a solution that allowed him to remain in his home and keep his independence while also feeling safe and secure. Bath Consultants is proud of this job because we provided a beneficial solution to a homeowner. As a team we were able to improve his overall quality of life.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Bath Consultants believes it is extremely important to be watchful of low-ball pricing and companies without a proven history for quality workmanship. As a team that has been in the industry for 11 years, we know that to obtain a long lasting solution that is the right fit for your home, the lowest price is not always the best option. Also we feel that it is crucial to have a history of proven workmanship so that the customer can feel comfortable knowing they are working with the best in the business.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer should have a set budget in mind. They should also think in terms of their short and long-term objectives in regards to the project.
