Pricing varies based on size of the project and complexity of work to be completed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First step is scheduling a call to briefly cover your project and budget to make sure we are a good fit. Next, we will schedule an in-home consultation to discuss the layout and design as you have envisioned. During the initial consultation, we will walk through the space, discuss your Wishlist, assess site conditions and restrictions that may require adjustments, as well as suggest improvements of our own that can bring additional value to your investment. Our goal is to cover your project in it's entirety and provide a detailed cost estimate for the project on the first visit, eliminating the suspense of wonder or need to track down the project estimate you are expecting, but never comes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Professional trades experience in both residential and commercial settings, along with a background in business and construction operations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We come from a family with three generations of entrepreneurs. The construction business, combined with a family of professional tradesman, go hand-in-hand in providing the absolute best quality, service, and experience for each client.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Consider your timeline and how quickly you would like your project to start. Be transparent with expectations if your project will require an ASAP deadline to ensure availability before commitment. Set a realistic budget to discuss with your contractor and research funding up front to prevent major delays.
