What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We’ll start with a free in home consultation. Here we’ll take detailed dimensions of the rooms, inspecting the customer's current layout, mechanicals and structural details that will have an impact on a new layout. We’ll also discuss in depth the customer's wishes and our initial thoughts on potential designs, using our historical knowledge to spot potential issues that may need resolving. Then we will provide a detailed repair, renovation or restoration proposal.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed masons and general contractors with the city of Chicago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with commercial and residential customers that are looking for more than basic installation. We look forward to collaborating with you on your next project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recent projects have included everything from whole house to kitchen remodeling. We are licensed masons and specialize in masonry repair including replacement of lintels, concrete coatings (including parking garages), brick replacement, parapet walls, roof replacement and more.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check references and take notice of builders responsiveness to questions and style direction.
