What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size and scope of the project, including labor and materials. We provide a detailed written estimate, and we do not charge any consultation fees. There are no hidden costs—everything is clearly outlined and discussed up front.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free consultation to understand your goals. After a site visit, we provide a detailed estimate and timeline. Once approved, we sign a service agreement and begin work, keeping you informed every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in construction as a helper in my early twenties, learning hands-on from experienced tradesmen. Over time, I built my skills, earned my certifications, and eventually launched my own business to serve homeowners with integrity and professionalism.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began my construction career in 2007, specializing in building foundation walls for entire city blocks of homes and new residential neighborhoods. This experience provided me with a strong foundation in large-scale construction projects. Later, I worked for 10 months on the Encore Boston Harbor project in Everett, Massachusetts, as a union member with Bricklayers & Allied Craftsmen Union Local 3, which represents bricklayers, stone masons, and related trades across Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island . These experiences have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to handle a wide range of construction and remodeling projects.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide variety of customers, including homeowners, landlords, investors, property managers, and church organizations. Some clients need full renovations, while others need focused improvements like bathrooms, kitchens, basements, or exterior stairs. I tailor my services to meet each customer's specific goals and budget.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One recent project I’m proud of involved converting an unfinished space above a garage into a complete living unit with two bedrooms, a bathroom, new stairs, and all new electrical and plumbing. We also added underground utilities, spray-painted the garage, replaced the roof, and installed new vinyl flooring. The project took about 4to 5 weeks and was delivered on time and within budget.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for detailed written estimates, clear timelines. Communication is key—choose someone who listens and explains things clearly.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is your total budget or range?
What is your ideal timeline?
Do you already have materials or need them provided?
Are there any existing issues like water damage, old electrical/plumbing, or permit requirements?
What’s most important to you: speed, cost, or quality?
