My name is Henrique, and I have been in the general construction business since 2014. I have always taken pride in the work that’s i do and am constantly striving for the upmost perfection an quality in each and every job I do. My skills range from tile, patio, bathroom jobs to complete swimming pool renovations. I am at the front of every job i do and no job is complete until completed to my own standards. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I’m competitive. Pricing is usually more flexible when dealing directly with the homeowner as it eliminates any “middle-man” complications.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Finding out what they want and making that come to life is the first priority.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

ICPI Certified installer, years of on the job work has given myself all of the experience and knowledge obtained.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This work has been in my profession since the winter of 2012.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with every and will work with any type of customer. Big business, or single homeowner, no job is too big or too small for myself.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recent Project - Bathroom Remodel at Sky Meadows in Nashua, NH. Tore down complete bathroom, completely new bathtub/plumbing, cabinets, floor, paint and shower. Decorative wall molds on each wall. The whole project took 3 weeks to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is not all about the “before & after”. A good provider provides plenty of knowledge about the project, is always on time, and strives to be neat, clean, and always answers any questions through the project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Budget is a big discussion to be had prior to talking with any professional. What the theme will be, looking at other examples of jobs done to get ideas. And having the confidence to go through with the customer’s plan.
