We charge a fair price for the work we do. This covers materials, labor, and a profit margin that allows us to stay in business over the long term. If you have any problems down the road, we'll be around to help.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We'd like to meet you, get to know you and you project, your timeline and your budget. We'll then create a detailed estimate for you to review. After signing the contract, we put you on the schedule, go through the construction process and get your job done!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our employees go through continuous training on products, safety and regulations. We also belong to several professional organizations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad was raised on a farm, and was one of the most intelligent, versatile guy I've ever met. Build a deck? Replace a transmission? Engineer a solution to a manufacturing problem? I was recruited from a very young age to work side by side with him.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Lots of roofs, restoration and remodeling.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A woman had just recently been widowed and wanted to make her home as maintenance free as possible for the future. We helped her make decisions to make her llfe easier long term, now that she didn't have anyone around to help around the house.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look up their license number at MN Department of Labor and Industry. That will tell you how long they've been in business, where they are located, and if they've had any enforcement actions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Most contractors try really, really hard to please homeowners.
