What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a package of materials and services to remodel your bathroom in 1 - 3 days. This includes tub replacement, tub to shower conversions, shower doors, flooring and vanities. We also offer walk-in tubs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We schedule an in home review of your project, we provide a guarantee price and start and finish most projects in 4 -6 weeks from signing a contract. We offer financing for all our projects.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Five Star Bath Solutions is part of a national company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are local owners of the franchise in the Minnesota market. We have training and our installers are certificated to install our products. We are licensed Residential Building Contractors BC 764147 in Minnesota.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

All three of us (Tom, Mick & Ken) have worked in the remodeling and home construction business for over 40 years combined.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of our customers have lived in their homes for many years. It is generally time for a remodel of their existing bathrooms. Also we have many customer who need to change from a bathtub to a walk-in shower or walk-in tubs options.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most of our projects take 1 - 3 days from start to finish. We helped the Smith family in Eden Prairie remove a main floor bathtub and replace it with a walk-in shower, new vanity, flooring and shower door. We removed the old tub down the studs in one afternoon and the next day finished the installation of the project. In 1 - 1/2 days we remade their bathroom.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

This is a big project, make sure you are comfortable with products and pricing. What is the warranty of the products they are installing? With Five Star Bath Solutions, our wall system come with Lifetime Warranty. Ask us about our warranty when we review your project. Also make sure the company you hire will follow up and show up when they say they will. We pride ourselves on our communication with our customer and showing up when we promise.
