What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Not everyone knows what they are doing, Experience matters a lot. Make sure they place every detailed part of work in the proposal. We get called to repair a lot of other stucco companies work due to water leakage. Make sure they tackle the job from the root. Make sure you are aware on the type of material and brand they are using on your project. A lot of companies try to save money by using cheap materials that will last a few years and get worn out quick. We use the top brands for our work that will help last many many years.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Will the trash be picked up? Would there be any type of additional work needed after they are finished on their part of the job? What is their estimated time to get started on project? What type of materials will be used on job? What is the warranty?
