I am an architect that loves to tackle projects in practice.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My passion to build things led me to this path, and the opportunity to be a facility manager for a large corporation only enforced my desire to follow my passion.

What types of customers have you worked with?

My experience ranges from small handyman type projects to complete residential and commercial renovations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

BBQ Chicken Restaurant was a fascinating project due to the full involvement in the design, permitting and implementation of the works. The obstacles of meeting code within a confined space and the solutions I provided, combined with the use of materials make me fond of this project. The project took 2 months to finish - including the award of CO.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research of what you want to achieve and ask questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

First, ask about experience and methodology. After, ask about finishings that would suit your budget.
