What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Choose your Contractors wisely, Google them, research them, always get an estimate in a form of a document other then a verbal one, If you decide to pick a contractor be sure to have a signed and dated contract with everything that was promised to you. Never Pay in FULL upfront, or even Half upfront. Always give a 3rd up front 3rd halfway threw the job and the last payment after the job is complete and your satisfaction is complete with the work that was preformed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Be specific of what you want done and what your looking to do, dont confuse contractors with to many projects. 1 project at a time, Keep it simple. Its hard to know what customers are looking for so try to send photos of the area you want work done to. A photo can explain a thousand words.
