What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The pricing varies from job to job. It all depends on what needs done and what issues are already in place with the existing exterior.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process would be to meet the new customer at his/her work site and walk them threw the issue that needs to be addressed and make sure they are understandable about the work and process that need to be done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I Traines in Ireland for 3 years and earned my NVQ level 2 and 3 the highest cert for plastering that was available.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up in a family of Tradesmen, I'm one of 5 boys and there is a carpenter, electrician, painter, Haulage driver and then myself who was always intrigued by the plastering system at a young age.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with various customers, Mostly private homes but I have done some plastering for a company that works for the archdiocese of Philadelphia. One job being at the st Charles of borromeo seminary, where Pope Francis Stayed during his trip to Philadelphia.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just done a job in Berwyn for a couple, they originally wanted me to do some patching and then get the property painted, but when I advised them against it and they went for a dryvit finish, they were blown away by the finished product. It took 2 weeks to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the contractor knows what he is talking about., always ask great details, if you don't feel comfortable with the contractor don't hire him.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask about leaks and how do you prevent them. Ask about new drainage system, Weep screed Drip cap Casing beads Kick out flashing If they do not know about any of the above, please don't hire them, your asking for trouble.
