What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are highly competitive but fair. MY rates may be higher than other contractors, but the hands on management and attention to detail is worth the investment .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Contact is established with customer. 2. Appointment is made to inspect property and generate a scope of repairs. 3. Estimate is then submitted to customer within 48hrs depending on size of project and scope of work. 4. If Estimate is accepted, scope of work is reviewed and contract is sent over. 5. When contract is signed and finalized, start and completion dates are established.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed contractor in the State of New Jersey I have worked in construction over 20 years now.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I originally started with installation of kitchens and bathrooms for Home Depot, Lowes, and Circuit City.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with, Private Investors, Banks, Asset Management Companies, Non- profits and Residential Customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently installed veneer stones on the front facade of a single family home. Project had a three week time span.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask lots of questions. You should have a clear and defined scope of repairs Cover all bases. Ask for references

Whats your payment process? How long will project last? Will I have unexpected repairs? Should i have contingencies for unexpected repairs? Do I need permits? Do I need architectural drawings? What do I need to do to expedite the project?
