Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
At FineHome Remodels, our pricing is transparent and tailored to each unique project. We provide free estimates and include design services with all our project. We work within your budget while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship we’re known for. Any fees or upgrades are clearly outlined before work begins — no surprises.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We start with a free in-home consultation to understand your vision, needs, and budget. Then, we create a custom design and detailed proposal. Once you’re happy, we handle everything — from permits and planning to construction and cleanup; keeping you informed and involved every step of the way.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We are NARI-certified (National Association of the Remodeling Industry), which means we uphold the highest standards of professionalism and expertise. In addition, we bring years of hands-on experience in high-end residential remodels and design-build services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
After many years working for other construction companies, we saw a real need for trustworthy, detail-oriented contractors who actually take the time to explain the process and tailor designs to each client’s lifestyle. That’s how FineHome Remodels was born; with a mission to bring ease, beauty, and integrity back to home remodeling.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We’ve worked with homeowners across Las Vegas; from families needing more functional space, to professionals looking to upgrade to a modern, luxurious kitchen or bath. We welcome clients who value quality and clear communication.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently completed a full kitchen and bathroom remodel for a young family. From initial consultation to completion, it took about 8 weeks. The transformation was stunning, and what made it memorable was seeing how excited and emotional the homeowners were when they walked into their new space for the first time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for a contractor who takes the time to listen to your needs, explains the process clearly, and provides design ideas; not just a price. Ask about licensing, insurance, and references. And don’t be afraid to ask questions; a good contractor welcomes them!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Think about: What is your top priority; budget, timeline, or design? Do you have inspiration photos or ideas to share? How long do you plan to stay in the home? Are there specific features or materials you’ve dreamed about? The more you can share upfront, the better we can guide you. And if you’re not sure yet, that’s okay too! Part of our job is to help you figure it out.
