Our commitment to dust control is unwavering; we employ a three-layer protective system, in addition to padded drop cloths, to minimize impact and debris. Temporary partitioned work areas with doors maintain a dust-free environment, often leaving the site cleaner than upon our arrival. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Sometimes a price can be given through email or cell phone only if the photos and details are superb Unfortunately, I have always recommended setting up an appointment and looking at it first hand.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I find it very important to express your interest, process and the ending results before the job begins.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was also Union trained in plaster and painting.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was raised in a European family that trained their children to follow in their foot steps.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have been doing this type of work on my own since 1985. So, I have met all types of people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was doing some plastering on some ornamental work for Stan Hewitt Hall. It was only a small area which only lasted a few days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would suggest asking for references looking at their websites or Facebook ads.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Exactly what they want to happen showing all the guidelines ,possibilities and interests involved.
