What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing varies by scope and size of your project. Things like basements can be like building a small house, kitchens can have a lot of bells and whistles, and that can add up fast. If you come with a realistic budget and expectations, its easier to slide a round peg into a round hole than a square peg.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we have a phone conversation to see if we're a good fit for your project. We then schedule an on site visit in which we may take measurements and try to give you a realistic budget and time frame. At this point the ball is in your court whether you want to research products, look at room ideas, and decide what type of design you want. Afterwards, a more realistic price is given and a contract is drafted.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our staff has 35 years of experience. We have worked with numerous designers and home builders to make clients' pinterest rooms a realty.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started to send my daughter to a private Christian school.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of people from CEOs to private joes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It's refreshing to take a client's vision and turn it into a reality. A master bathroom usually takes a couple of weeks. The one that we did focused on the style being whimsical. It feels good to walk away from a completed project and the customer is totally satisfied.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When interviewing a contractor, you're getting into a relationship with the customer. If you're hypothetically going to ride in a van with somebody every day, you better get along with them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is my project realistic for my budget? If it isn't, what realistic expectations do I have?
