Our typical project ranges from $15,000-$250,000. We have material managers on staff to take the stress out of your material selections, and we partner with local architects to make sure the vision of your project becomes reality.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide complimentary detailed estimates for your jobs. We do not require deposits before work is done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will have our field estimator meet you on site and go over the scope of work. We will then provide you with the detailed estimate. If architectural drawings are required, we partner with local architects to make sure the design process is easy. Once an agreement is made, you will meet with our material manager and project manager to finalize your material selection and project schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a fully licensed, bonded and insured corporation with more than 25 full time employees. Our collective experience in all forms of residential construction from ground up to rehab is extensive. We currently service 20 states.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have done work for property owners, large institutional investors and new construction projects.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Our advice is to make certain the bid you receive is detailed, includes things like permit costs, trash removal and timelines. Be wary of deals too good to be true.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Every customer should have an idea of what their new space should look like and throw price out of that equation. There are several new products available today that are cost effective and could provide you your dream space on a budget. Also consider how many hours per day you would allow a contractor to be in your home while construction is in progress. Things to consider are work/school schedules, nights or weekends and special events like weddings, birthdays or holidays on the calendar.
