What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a completed architectural design—because it's the only way to get it right.
Estimates based on vague details often lead to surprise costs and unexpected changes. A detailed drawing reveals the true scope of work, allowing us to provide an accurate bid and realistic budget. This approach protects your investment and helps avoid costly mistakes during construction.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Design-First Approach, Built for Your Success
Unlike most firms, we employ architectural designers on staff. From your first conversation, you'll work directly with a design professional who understands our pricing, processes, and construction methods. We offer full design services at builder cost—no hourly rates, no change limits. Your custom design lays the foundation for a successful, on-time, and on-budget build.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

What types of customers have you worked with?
From Kitchens to Complex Builds—Our Growth into Large-Scale Renovation Experts
Our journey began with a focus on kitchen and bath remodels. As our firm grew, so did our capabilities. Driven by an executive team with years of experience managing large-scale, highly technical renovation projects, we discovered a real need in the market for a design-build firm that understands the complexity and coordination required for multi-phase, large-scope renovations.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Rebuilding After Tragedy—Restoring More Than Just a Home
After the tragic explosion of a newly built home in the Spicewood area, we were honored to be chosen to rebuild a neighboring residence severely impacted by the blast. Our team stepped in immediately—developing a new design, coordinating closely with insurance adjusters, salvaging and safeguarding personal belongings, and offering steady guidance and support to the homeowners during a deeply difficult time. At Absolute Design Build, we believe rebuilding means more than construction—it means restoring peace of mind.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Remodeling Is Personal—So Is the Relationship That Drives It
Remodeling is often invasive and deeply personal. That’s why we believe the relationship between builder and homeowner is 90% of the job. Clear communication, trust, and a deep understanding of the renovation process are essential to success. When interviewing builders, trust your instincts—the quality of the relationship will shape the outcome of your project. A strong partnership always leads to a better result.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
You’ve Spent Years Thinking About This Renovation—Has Your Builder?
You’ve invested time—maybe years—thinking through every detail of your renovation. But how does your builder plan to understand what your time and insight have taught you?
Does your builder have experience in the highly technical aspects of large-scope remodeling? Do they work with the same level of specialized professionals that were involved in building your home originally?
Most importantly, is your builder offering to create a design that reflects your unique needs, lifestyle, and vision?
Without a thoughtful design process, how can you be confident that what you imagine will become the reality you hope for?
