What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Available Services Permit Feasibility Report: $100.00 (Residential) $200.00 (Commercial) This is a report that outlines the projected permit review timeline, the Authority Holding Jurisdiction’s (AHJ) information, required permits based on the scope of work provided, fee schedule, Main points of contact at the AHJ & a list of required documents for permit review and issuance. Permit Follow-up & Issuance: $150.00 (Residential) $250.00 (Commercial) This is a service that provides follow-up on an already submitted project. We will track the review process and provide plan review/comment assistance until the permit is issued. Inspection Coordination Help: $100.00 (Residential) $200.00 (Commercial) This is a service that will help schedule inspections and coordinate with the AHJ to complete all inspections and close the permit out. Full Service Permitting: $350.00 (Residential) $650.00 (Commercial) All of the above services included. If you require any other services, we can discuss pricing. I do not create drawings but I can order some, but note they will cost more If I order them for you! Prices for drawings vary.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I require a high-level overview of the work scope to submit to the city. I’ll follow up with additional questions to avoid any delays. Our pricing structure is based on flat-rate fees.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over nine years of experience obtaining commercial permits in the construction industry, along with an additional three years as a project manager in construction and manufacturing. I can obtain permit approval in all USA states with the exception of the 5 boroughs of New York.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have experience working with two major construction companies headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, handling permit acquisition and project management across the entire country.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was able to help a homeowner pull a permit for a deck that was previously unpermitted to avoid further fines. It took about 2 days.

Provide as much information as possible and provide the documents requested from the city to avoid delays.
