What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I didn’t take the traditional college route, my education came from the real world—years of hands-on experience in remodeling, construction, and working directly with real estate investors. I’ve spent over two decades learning on job sites, managing full home renovations, and mastering the details that make a project succeed—from framing and finishes to design and client relations.
Along the way, I’ve completed specialized training in areas like water damage restoration and modern remodeling techniques, and I continuously stay updated on building codes, materials, and industry trends. More than anything, my training is built on results—successful projects, satisfied clients, and a reputation for getting the job done right.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey into remodeling started with a personal story. When I was younger, my parents hired a contractor to renovate our home—but instead of making things better, it became a disaster. The work was sloppy, deadlines were ignored, and we were left with more problems than solutions. That experience stuck with me. I saw firsthand how stressful and disappointing a renovation can become when it’s not handled the right way.

One of our favorite recent projects was a full master bathroom renovation in North Dallas. The homeowner wanted a modern, spa-like retreat with a walk-in shower, freestanding tub, and double vanity with under-cabinet lighting. We also added large-format porcelain tile, matte black fixtures, and custom-built shelving for a sleek, functional look. The project took about two weeks from demolition to final walkthrough.
